In most cases it is not necessary to download any software in order to use DictoMail service because it communicates with your
device's existing communication application such as email or SMS. If your device accepts email or SMS messaging do not download
any software. For certain older Palm devices (PalmOS 3.XX), it may be necessary to download the DictoMail pqa.
